Barbara has more than 25 years’ experience as a leader in the industry providing tactical financial solutions for the needs of businesses and their staff. She is passionate about helping people discover the most direct path to protecting their family’s financial future, gain access to the best healthcare solutions, and navigate healthcare reform with confidence. Barbara is a dynamic speaker who has trained and mentored thousands of insurance professionals and is the trusted advisor to her impressive list of more than 5,000 clients.
Barbara Fonti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wheaton College, MA. She earned state license certifications in Life, Accident, Health, Property & Casualty Insurance and has been approved and authorized to provide insurance products and services throughout the United States. Barbara holds certifications in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, IRS Regulations governing employee benefits, and Enrollment Solutions. She has won numerous awards for customer service, training and management excellence, including the prestigious President’s Club and Chairman’s Council Quality awards. She has been recognized by the Townwide Fund, Soroptomist International and numerous other business organizations and charitable agencies as a leader and business role model.
Barbara lives on Long Island with her husband Robert and daughters Olivia and Lauren. She has served as a Board Member for the Partnership to Advance Women Leaders, Pederson Krag Center, Huntington Historical Society and enjoys volunteering for local charities. When her busy schedule allows for some quiet time, Barbara can be found playing with her dog Jack whom she considers the son she never had and the best audience for her attempts at playing piano.
